The print commerce is humongous and demanding. Almost every industry uses print as their mode of communication and are investing huge amounts to cater to that need. Stats have shown that direct mails, newspapers, printed articles, books, advertising mails etc. account for better responses and more readability, as compared to emails or online content.
It’s a popular belief that print is one of the major reasons for the forests being cut, causing the climatic changes. But according to Greenpeace, the paper industry plants three times more trees than they cut, and the old paper is easily recycled and reused again.
Though it may seem convenient to read over the internet, the energy consumption in charging and using an electronic device is way higher than using paper, and leads to more power wastage. Email marketing is also said to have lower returns on business opportunities.
